Role Overview

This role is key to our operation, ensuring that our quality concrete products reach customers safely and on time. Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will contribute to our team’s success by safely operating a concrete agitator truck and representing CAMM Concrete’s standards of quality and service.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Concrete Agitator Truck: Safely load, mix, and deliver concrete products.

• Ensure Quality Control: Maintain consistency in concrete slump to meet customer specifications.

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and complete log entries for safe operation.

• Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate professionally with customers, embodying CAMM Concrete’s commitment to quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Concrete Handling Experience: Knowledge of slump and concrete consistency.

• Safety-Focused: Strong understanding of OH&S practices in transport.

• Equipment Operation: Experience with agitator trucks and front-end loaders (ticketed preferred).

• Qualifications: HR licence and white/blue construction card required.

• Team Player: Ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
