Project Coordinator - Structural Integrity

The Role
We now have the opportunity for a Project Coordinator – Structural Integrity to join our Team in a hybrid role working from our Pert CBD Head Office as well as on site. You will be responsible for leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables with responsibilities including:Coordinating structural integrity, remediation, and asset maintenance projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirementsSupporting project planning through development of scopes, methodologies, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessmentsManaging procurement, logistics, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution and resource availabilityMonitoring project performance, costs, milestones, and variations, proactively addressing risks, delays, and commercial impactsMaintaining and reviewing engineering, quality, and project documentation, including client deliverables, reporting, and project close-out packsBuilding strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You will Need
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Relevant Trade or Engineering qualificationStrong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and structural integrity, asset integrity, or reliability programs in heavy industry environmentsExperience in a multidisciplinary project environmentThe ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projectsFlexible and able to work away as requiredA current Australian Drivers Licence
