What will you do?

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and presentable bar area
• Clearly inform guests of the various types, brands, products, characteristics, and prices regarding different liquors, and maintain knowledge of in-house wines, spirits, monthly specials, and promotions
• Manage bar food orders and ensure beverages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol
• Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct bin
• Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
• Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable
• High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
