We currently have a Production Manager position available for an immediate start.

As a Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Managing, coaching, and developing production teams to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety, food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for leading production teams. You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience managing warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
• Forklift Licence required. 
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to build credibility on the warehouse floor.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of improving operational performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working in FMCG, fresh produce, food manufacturing, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment is highly regarded. 
• Sound computer skills and experience using warehouse or ERP systems.
