Its work helps people build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to stronger local economies.Guided by Care, Respect and Accountability, Many Rivers creates lasting impact for clients, families and communities across Australia, with a focus on Indigenous Australians and regional, rural and remote communities.The OpportunityReporting to the CEO and working with the Executive Team, the Senior Manager will lead a nationally dispersed team and shape MED delivery, performance and future evolution, combining operational excellence, commercial discipline, people leadership, program improvement and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities· Lead MED operational strategy and align delivery with organisational priorities and growth objectives.· Drive performance targets, funding obligations and measurable client, funder and community outcomes.· Lead and develop a high-performing geographically dispersed team, building capability, engagement and accountability.· Improve service delivery, systems and processes to increase effectiveness, scalability and client impact.· Use data and insights to inform decisions, reporting and continuous improvement.· Build trusted relationships with funders, community organisations, sector partners and government, and represent Many Rivers externally.About YouYou are an accomplished senior leader with experience leading managers, complex operations, programs or business units and delivering strong operational, financial and people outcomes.
