The Ideal Candidate: Strong retail store management experience preferredTime management & multi-tasking abilityVisual merchandising and activity set-up experiencePhysically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the paceHaving an owner's mindset for your storeA passionate attitude that inspires your Team A resilient & innovative problem solver Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills IT competencyFirst Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
