Business Development Manager

The Opportunity 

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers throughout Queensland. You'll play a key role in increasing market share, generating new projects, and positioning Beaumont Tiles as a preferred supplier partner. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial markets.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors and industry stakeholders.  
• Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.  
• Increase engagement and share of wallet with existing customers through strategic account growth.  
• Identify and pursue tenders, projects and preferred supplier agreements.  
• Utilise market insights to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from opportunity through to delivery.  

What We're Looking For 

• Proven success in a business development, account management or sales role. 
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and close business. 
• Experience working with builders, developers or construction-related customers will be highly regarded. 
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. 
• A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM systems and business technology.
• A proactive, self-motivated and professional attitude with a genuine passion for sales.
