At Exclusive Wraps, We are Brisbane’s premier Paint Protection Film (PPF) and luxury detailing studio, catering to enthusiasts, collectors, and owners of exotic and high-performance vehicles.

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Detailer & Ceramic Coating Specialist with an uncompromising eye for detail to join our close-knit, high-caliber team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, refining, and protecting some of the finest automotive machinery on the market.

From multi-stage paint correction to flawless surface prep for PPF and ceramic application, your craft will define the final luxury finish our clients expect.

• Paint Correction & Polishing: Perform high-precision multi-stage machine paint correction to eliminate defects, swirl marks, and marring on a variety of paint finishes.

• Surface Protection: Apply premium ceramic coating systems across all vehicle surfaces, including exterior paint, glass, wheels/rims, fine leathers, and interior fabrics.

• Preparation & Finishing: Conduct meticulous surface prep and pre-delivery vehicle detailing to ensure seamless film adhesion and showroom-grade delivery.

• Interior: Perform high-end interior detailing, vacuuming, surface conditioning, and sanitization.

• Studio Operations: Maintain high studio standards, including tool care, media management, and basic workshop maintenance to ensure a clean, efficient working environment.

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in multi-stage paint correction, machine polishing, and advanced ceramic coating techniques (interior and exterior).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated automotive detailing experience within a boutique or high-end environment.

• Uncompromising Standards: High common sense, autonomous drive, and a meticulous eye for detail.

• Team Player: Strong ability to follow instructions, collaborate within a studio workflow, or work independently when required.

• Eligibility: Full Australian work rights are required for this role.
