We’re growing quickly and are on the lookout for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant with strong Business Development capability to join our team.

We’re a Perth-based recruitment and labour hire business, owned and operated by two former electricians. With a strong reputation for supplying top-tier labour to WA’s construction and mining industries, we’re growing fast and we’re looking for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Specialist to come on board.

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant/BD Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and running your own desk. You’ll manage both client and candidate relationships, with the support of our leadership team, while working autonomously day to day.

Key responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment across the blue collar sector
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Business development and account management
• Compliance management including employment legislation & enterprise agreements
• Using JobAdder (desirable) and other B2B & CRM software's to manage workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (blue collar highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation & enterprise agreements
• Business development skills (desirable)
• A personable, positive, and driven attitude
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Familiarity with JobAdder (desirable)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
