What’s the role?

You’ll join a team of like minded professionals managing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise customers across the Wide Bay region, based in Bundaberg. Working in a full time capacity, you’ll spend your time connecting with local businesses, building meaningful relationships, and helping customers achieve their goals with the right banking solutions.

As the Business Banking Manager for the region, you’ll be out in market building strong connections with customers, understanding what matters most to them, and supporting them through every stage of their business journey. You’ll play an important role in growing and strengthening your portfolio, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for local businesses and communities.

No two days will be the same. You’ll be networking across the Wide Bay region, deepening existing relationships, structuring lending solutions, and proactively uncovering new business opportunities. 

What do I need?

• Experience in business banking with strong lending knowledge
• Understanding of credit risk and compliance principles
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and winning new business opportunities
