What Your Day Could Look Like
As a Senior Psychologist, you'll help people find clarity, support and hope during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll combine expert clinical care, leadership and innovation to strengthen mental health outcomes for individuals, families and the wider community.
Every Day, You'll Contribute By
Delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention that supports people through complex and acute mental health challenges.Building trusted relationships with consumers, families and partner services to create coordinated pathways to recovery.Leading improvements that strengthen service quality, clinical practice and the experience of care.Supporting and developing colleagues through mentoring, supervision and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.Strong experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and services.Confidence leading initiatives, guiding others and contributing to continuous improvement.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in acute or crisis mental health settings and/or a passion for clinical supervision, service development or workforce capability.
