Warehouse Hand / Pickpacker

As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, dispatching orders, and assisting with product reworks within the warehouse operation.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing warehouse team. You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring correct products and quantities are selected

2. Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)

3. Assist with receiving, unloading containers, and put-away of incoming inventory

4. Complete product reworks and repackaging tasks by following detailed instructions and quality standards

5. Ensure reworked products are completed correctly and presented to a high standard

6. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

7. Adhere to all health, safety, and quality control procedures

8. Participate in cycle counts and stocktake processes as required

What We're Looking For

1. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided

2. Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete rework tasks with strong attention to detail

3. Physically fit and capable of unloading containers and handling warehouse duties

4. Ability to perform medium lifting up to 20kg for container unloading and up to 15kg for general warehouse duties

5. Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

6. Good communication and teamwork skills

7. Commitment to workplace health and safety

8. Willingness to learn and assist across different warehouse functions as required

9. Must possess valid Australian work rights
