About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Receptionist to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration while learning from an experienced and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.

• Manage incoming calls, enquiries and correspondence.

• Provide administrative support to the management team.

• Coordinate meetings, travel bookings and office events.

• Maintain office supplies, kitchen stock and workplace facilities.

• Support day-to-day business administration and reporting.

• Liaise with suppliers and service providers.

• Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

About you

• Experience in a reception, administration or customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• A proactive and reliable approach to work.

• A professional, friendly and approachable manner.

• Experience in a corporate office environment will be highly regarded.
