Pool Manager

A variety of short term regional Pool Manager / Pool Operations roles currently exist throughout the aquatic industry within WA. 

These unique roles give you an opportunity to travel, experience working conditions in a variety of different aquatic facilities and to broaden your experience. 

As a Royal Life Saving WA employee your responsibilities will vary depending upon each contract however we currently have a high demand for good quality, experienced Pool Managers, Pool Operators / Supervisors, and Duty Managers.

Essentially, this Royal Life Saving Society service exists to ensure that no pool needs to close its doors or shut down programs due to staff shortages. 

Your experience and qualifications should include:

– SISSS00131 – Aquatic Technical Operator & LIWA accreditation

– Current RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Licence

– Current First Aid qualification – HLTAID011 or equivalent

– Current Working with Children Check

– Police Clearance (must have been obtained within the last six months)

– Experience working in an aquatic centre

These positions include provision of a generous salary, food allowances, travel and accommodation.
