About the role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Barcino Bread' in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate coffee enthusiast to showcase their skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more, to consistently high standards

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols

• Restocking and rotating coffee and bar supplies as needed

• Assisting with other cafe duties as required, such as food preparation and counter service

About you

• Previous experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant environment

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Knowledge of coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and the art of latte art

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
