What's the role?

A Customer Service Advisor at St George plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Advisors may also identify opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them. It's a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What do I need?

Focus on delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Work as part of a collaborative team environment, leveraging prior teamwork experience. Strong communication skills and excellent time management. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
