EWP Technician

About the role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced EWP Technician to join our team based in Underwood  QLD.

Ideally you will be an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or Auto Electrician with a background in Truck mounted and mobile EWP. who enjoys variety.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside a TEAM of Heavy Equipment Specialists in a dynamic environment, you'll be inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting and undertaking major repair work on Elevated Work Platforms and asscoaited equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults

• Undertake comprehensive major inspections on mobile and truck mounted EWP

• Complete breakdown repairs both in the workshop and on customer sites as required

• Accurately complete service reports and paperwork

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

About you

• Mechanical trade or equivalent

• Experience working on truck mounted and mobile Elevating Work Platforms or similar equipment

• Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic experience

• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• White Card, Yellow Card, EWP over 11m, or Forklift Licence (Benificial)

• Own tooling
