Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our cleaning services. This is a hands-on coordination and administration role requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position working 38 hours per week, based in Bibra Lake. We offer flexibility around start and finish times to help accommodate family commitments and other life priorities.

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will:

• Coordinate site quality audits and review completed audit reports to ensure the information is clear and complete.
• Provide cleaning team members with clear feedback and manage the process until identified issues are rectified and the audit is closed as resolved.
• Create and maintain audit, complaint and corrective-action records in HubSpot and follow up outstanding actions.
• Respond to customer requests for information, including safety documentation, company policies, procedures and other compliance records.
• Manage customer site-compliance requirements, including employee and company inductions and the submission of required employee or business records.
• Work with employees and internal departments to obtain the required information and ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, customers and internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation and company systems.
• Assist with general operational administration and coordination as required.

• Communicates confidently and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
• Is comfortable using computer systems and learning new programs.
• Can work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is highly desirable but not essential. The right administration and coordination skills, attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Pay: $59,634.67 – $90,000.00 per year
