Compliance Administrator - Facilities and Infrastructure

Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.

• Permanent Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight

• Located at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston

• Classification: Grade 4 Year 1 - 5 (HS4 - HS29*) plus super

The Team & Role

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for the governance, coordination, reporting and assurance of facilities and infrastructure compliance across Peninsula Care Group.The role acts as the central owner of compliance evidence, registers, reporting and audit coordination, supporting executive assurance through the Safe Environment Committee and ensuring alignment with statutory, accreditation, VMIA, PPP and regulatory requirements. This role includes participation in the On Call roster and will require some "out of hours" and weekend work as issues arise / as per the directive of the Director of Support Services.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in compliance administration, performance reporting and governance.
• Proven ability to deliver compliant, quality outcomes within time and budget constraints.
• Experience in compliance governance, audit preparation, and contractor performance management.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving capability.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
