About the Role 

As a Knowledge Management Advisor, you'll join a small, collaborative team on a mission to make sure our people have the information, tools and support they need to do their best work, working closely with our Operations department across Claims, Service and beyond.

You will play a key part in shaping how knowledge management is done at Hollard, helping to improve our systems, spot smarter ways of working and turn complexity into clarity.

This is a permanent role for an experienced Knowledge Management Advisor within a supportive team and is open to candidates based in NSW, VIC, QLD or WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear, accurate reference materials and process documentation for our Operations teams

• Develop process maps and articles in line with best practice, ensuring consistency and clarity for users

• Review current processes, identifying opportunities for improvements

• Govern and audit processes to keep everything current and help build program governance frameworks that support quality and consistency

• Monitor and action feedback so that content is always fit for purpose and up to date

About You

• Knowledge management experience including process mapping and article development

• Understanding of knowledge management systems and best practice

• Experience working in financial services or a highly regulated environment

• Comfortable working through change and ambiguity

• Experience with livepro/guidewire is highly advantageous
