South West Radiology (SWR) is seeking a Full Time Receptionists to join our Moorebank clinic, working weekday (Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm) and weekends (8am–12:30pm).

At SWR, we pride ourselves on being a radiologist owned group that genuinely cares about our patients, our people, and the communities we serve. You’ll be joining a supportive, close knit team where your contribution truly matters.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing bookings and patient flow with precision

• Handling enquiries and payments confidently

• Supporting our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong admin and computer skills

• A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit

• Customer service experience is essential

• Medical or radiology reception experience
