We're seeking expressions of interest from motivated, safety-focused individuals who want to be considered for upcoming Leasehand opportunities across our well servicing and drilling operations.

About the Role
Leasehands are an integral part of our rig crew crews, supporting safe and efficient rig operations in a rostered, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily rig operations.

• Handling equipment, materials and tools safely.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite.

• Following company procedures and safety requirements.

• Working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.

• Supporting the wider crew to achieve operational objectives.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.

• The ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to work in remote locations for an even time roster

• Manual Driver's Licence is advantageous but not essential.

• Point of hire: Toowoomba
  

Recruitment Process
