Customer Service Officer

Based in the inner western suburbs, we are currently looking for an experienced person to join our customer service team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of the full range of administrative functions for the business.
Your duties will include:· Customer Service duties at Front Desk· Taking Orders· Assisting with transport of products and logistics systems· Administration with a strong attention to detail· Greeting and managing visitors· Trouble shooting with customer queries· Liaising with all areas of the business
The key competencies for this role are:· Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Customer Service in an FMCG environment· Previous knowledge in product ordering and logistics systems· Intermediate level Microsoft suite skills· Experience with Business Central system would be an advantage but not essential
