Corporate Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a warm, detail focused and reliable receptionist to join a boutique wealth management firm in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visiting clients and provide a professional, friendly first impression
• Answer and direct phone calls, and assist with day-to-day client enquiries
• Manage adviser and meeting room bookings, and help coordinate client meetings
• Support administrative tasks, including mail handling and document filing
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and the Client Services team
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception, office supply and break area
• Assist with the coordination of company and client events
• Assisting Group Partners with adhoc coordination and tasks

About you

• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Native in English
• Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
• Detail focused and organised, with strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A quick learner, able to adapt to a fast paced office environment
• An interest in the financial services and wealth management industry, with a view to long-term career development, is preferred
• Applicants must hold full Australian working rights (485 visa, 482 visa (valid for 18 months), Permanent Residency, or Australian Citizenship)
