The Team & Role 

The position delivers high-quality evidence-based podiatry services to a broad range of clients. The podiatrist works as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team. The position is responsible for delivering client-centred assessments and care plans and provides a flexible treatment approach with a strong emphasis on self-management and outcome evaluation.

The Grade 2 Position is rotational across the continuum of care, offering rotations in Community Health, Sub-Acute, Residential, Acute, Acute Rehab Team, High Risk Foot Clinic, At Home care and Podiatry National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service.

Skills & Experience Required

• Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia
• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
• Current drivers licence
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, be self-motivated and be autonomous in service delivery
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement across health service
• Ability to gather and present data regarding service delivery and sustainability
• Demonstrated experience in acute hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience with management of high risk foot conditions
• Holder of current Working With Children Check

• Holder of current NDIS Worker Screening Check
