👑 What You’ll Do

As a Team Member or Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you’ll:

• Deliver genuine, high-energy service and hospitality
• Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation
• Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace
• Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)
• Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)
• Bring your availability and reliability – especially during key trade times!
