Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Ausconnex is a rapidly growing electrical contracting business geared to support major infrastructure in some of Australia’s fastest-growing communities. Our services include large-scale electrical design and construction; sub-stations, relocating existing electricity network assets; connecting new developments; embedded networks; communication networks; street lighting; and the supply of transformers.

About the Role

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Ausconnex by coordinating sales, marketing and promotional activities. Working closely with the Sales team and the Endeavour Energy Corporate Communications team, you will help generate leads, maintain marketing collateral, manage digital channels and coordinate campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business development opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate sales support activities, including managing enquiries, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials and supporting business development initiatives.
• Develop, coordinate and publish marketing content across digital platforms, including social media, website updates, email communications and promotional collateral.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and support targeted sales campaigns.
• Prepare sales, marketing and performance reports, providing insights to support business planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events while ensuring all communications align with Ausconnex and Endeavour Energy brand standards.

You are a proactive and creative sales and marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have strong communication and organisational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business growth. You thrive on building relationships, producing high-quality marketing materials and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Required Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Current Driver Licence.

Skills & Experience

You have experience supporting sales and marketing functions, with a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and integrated marketing activities. You are confident using CRM systems, preparing reports and developing engaging marketing and promotional materials. Advanced document formatting and graphic design skills, together with excellent written and verbal communication, will enable you to produce professional, high-quality content. You are self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
