Customer Service Administrator (Permanent – parking on site!!)

With nearly 40 years’ experience supplying to infrastructure industries, our client is a trusted provider of specialised products and solutions across mining, civil, agriculture, and aquaculture sectors. Recognised as a one-stop shop, they offer a comprehensive range of industrial piping and valve solutions, consistently setting industry benchmarks for quality, innovation, and reliability.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused administrator to support their sales and service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery updates
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound service calls as needed
• Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
• Monitor overdue orders and update due dates
• Prepare estimates and quotes in line with pricing policies
• Liaise with warehouse and internal teams to manage stock and order accuracy
• Support sales team with quotations and general enquiries
• Provide general administration support across the business and suggest process improvements

 What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in administration and/or internal customer service roles
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident communication and solid time management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – intermediate level required
• High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative work
• Familiarity with ERP systems (ProfitPlus an advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided in systems)
