Full Time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

Are you a passionate and qualified early childhood educator looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and community-focused environment? Midvale Early Childhood and Parenting Centre is seeking Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will lead and guide a team of educators,

plan and implement programs using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and work in partnership with families to achieve the best outcomes for children aged birth to four years.

Key Responsibilities:

• deliver high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF

• observe, assess, and plan developmentally appropriate activities for children

• foster positive relationships with children and families, maintaining confidentiality

• ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children

• supervise and mentor untrained staff and students on placement

• maintain accurate records and comply with policies and procedures

• contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• strong communication skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and commitment to child safety

• ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• skills in child supervision, observation, and assessment

• knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.

A salary of $80,164 per annum will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits including: 

• full-time hours with rotating shifts between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
