Traffic Controllers & TMA Operators - All experience levels required

High Risk Management Solutions' Traffic Management Division is growing and is seeking Traffic Controllers at all experience levels, including qualified Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Operators, to support ongoing works across Perth metro, Southern Suburbs and regional Western Australia, based from our East Rockingham Depot.

Our Traffic Management operations are professionally led, system‑driven, and integrated within HRMS’s broader high‑risk operating framework. We deliver Traffic Management the RIGHT way — with clear plans, strong supervision, and no shortcuts.

About Us

HRMS is a long-standing provider of safety, emergency response, high‑risk services and industrial support across Australia.

Our Traffic Management division is led by a dedicated Operations Manager and operates within HRMS’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Our teams support projects across government, utilities, civil, industrial, and high‑risk environments, working to approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) that meet Main Roads WA requirements.

We deliberately build balanced crews — experienced Traffic Controllers leading and mentoring team members — supported by structured planning, proper equipment, and professional leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking committed people who take pride in safe, compliant delivery, including:

• Experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders

• Entry‑level / accredited Traffic Controllers
  (training and buddy mentoring provided by HRMS)

• Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Operators

• Advanced Worksite Traffic Managers (AWTM)

What You’ll Bring

• BWTM / Traffic Controller accreditation and White Card

• WTM / AWTM / TMA‑O (highly regarded)

• Valid Full driver’s license (MR / HR highly regarded)

• Strong safety awareness and professional conduct

• Ability to follow approved TMPs and TGSs — no shortcuts

• Availability for day, night, and weekend works
