Industrial Sales Accounts Administrator - Kewdale

We have an amazing opportunity for a proactive, focused Industrial sales administrator to support the dedicated and talented Otraco industrial team. This role will be based in Kewdale WA on a full-time permanent basis and will be reporting to our operations manager west.

The Role:

To provide administrative and logistical support to the Industrial Sales Representative and Operations team. This role ensures the efficient processing and tracking of sales-related documentation, purchase orders receipting, support with courier bookings, and vendor communications (lead time) while maintaining data accuracy, compliance with legislation, and alignment with company and client requirements. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

• Provide reliable and accurate accounts administrative support to the Industrial Sales Representative and Operations team, helping the team deliver a smooth and efficient service.
• Keep information and records up to date, detailed and accurate so that decisions can be made with confidence.
• Work closely with both internal colleagues and external contacts, such as suppliers and couriers, to make sure requests and tasks are followed through on time.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in line with legislation, Company standards and Client requirements.
• Support coordination between the sales and operations teams to keep workflows moving and customers well supported.
• Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring the administration side of sales and operations runs efficiently.
• Monitor the Industrial Sales inbox, ensuring emails are organised, prioritised, and actioned.
• Track sales quotes on behalf of the Industrial Sales Representative.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, so they get delivered to site in a timely manner.

In collaboration with the client, peers, and the business, you will need have a strong focus on the sales delivery of accuracy and innovation for the company

About You:

• Good communication (written and oral) skills 
• Highly refined time management skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities 
• Intermediate Excel knowledge 
• Previous accounts administration experience with sound knowledge of AR and AP functions.
• Ability to manage sensitive, private and confidential information and records 
• Ability to self-driven and work autonomously
• Ability to be self-driven and work autonomously

Desirable:

• Experience in the mining industry 
• Prior experience with SAP Fiori and inventory systems
• Demonstrable experience as a valued team member with mature interpersonal skills
