About the role

A reliable, skilled wedding photo editor to join the freelance editing roster. You'll be trusted with editing full wedding galleries, and revisions to the brand's signature style, working to fast turnaround times across weddings each week. This is remote, flexible work — a steady pipeline for the right editor.

Key responsibilities

• Cull and edit wedding photo galleries — full edits and revisions — in Adobe Lightroom Classic, matching established brand style and presets

• Deliver consistent, high-quality edits within agreed turnaround times

• Apply client and internal feedback accurately and promptly, without back-and-forth

• Occasionally edit film scans alongside digital galleries

• Communicate proactively about workload, capacity, or any delays

About you

• Proven experience editing wedding photography professionally (freelance, in-house, or studio background all welcome)

• Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic — essential

• A sharp eye for colour, tone, skin tones, and consistency across a full gallery

• Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven work and fast turnarounds

• Clear communicator who takes direction and feedback well

• Own equipment: calibrated monitor, reliable internet connection, and a current Lightroom Classic licence
