An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Horseland Albury store — the home of Australia’s favourite equestrian brands.

At Horseland, we’re proud to be Australia’s largest equestrian retailer with over 50 stores nationwide. We’re passionate about horses, people and performance — and we’re looking for someone who shares that same energy.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take the reins in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for every rider who walks through our doors.
You’ll oversee:

• Sales growth and profitability

• Inventory accuracy and visual merchandising

• Staff leadership, coaching, and rostering

• Local area marketing and community partnerships

• Upholding our 10/10 Sales & Service standards

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate, plan and execute will make a real impact.

About You

You’re a confident communicator, natural leader, and passionate equestrian who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll bring:

• Strong equine knowledge and genuine love for the horse industry 🐴

• Proven experience managing a retail team and achieving sales targets

• Excellent customer service and merchandising skills

• Strong computer literacy and analytical skills (POS, Excel, reporting tools)

• A collaborative, can-do attitude that embodies our values of People, Passion and Performance
