The Opportunity

You’ll be speaking with warm/hot inbound leads — people who have already enquired about our courses — and helping them find the right path to kick-start their real estate careers.

You’ll build genuine relationships, listen to their goals, and guide them toward a qualification that could change their life. Every call is a chance to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with inbound student enquiries and convert them into enrolments.

• Listen, understand, and match each student with the right real estate course.

• Follow up and nurture warm leads to maximise conversions.

• Build rapport and create a memorable, supportive experience that turns students into long-term advocates.

• Collaborate with the marketing and enrolments teams to refine our sales process and improve outcomes.

• Track results and share insights — we love new ideas and initiative.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales or enrolments, ideally in education, property, or similar service industries.

• A genuine people-person who thrives on building rapport and helping others succeed.

• Excellent communication and listening skills — confident on the phone and email.

• Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented — someone who loves hitting targets.

• A positive, proactive team player who brings energy to the room.
