EEHA Inspector - O&G Turnaround

GRPS are seeking experienced EEHA Inspectors to join our team for a Oil & Gas Turnaround occurring in September 2026. The turnaround/shutdown will go for 2-3 weeks in duration and there are additional requirements on both day & night shift. Please note these roles are FIFO from Perth only.  

EEHA Inspectors will be delivering electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, and rectification works within hazardous area environments. If you have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance and thrive in a fast-paced turnaround environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, and rectification activities within hazardous area environments in accordance with EEHA standards.
• Complete all assigned work safely, efficiently, and within turnaround schedules while complying with HSE, site, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and competency records, and actively participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety initiatives.
• Support a zero-harm culture by following site safety requirements, participating in safety initiatives, and maintaining safe work practices at all times

Essential Qualifications

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation
• Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
• Current WA C Class Driver Licence
• Current Low Voltage Rescue (LVR), CPR, and First Aid
• High Risk Work Licence – EWP
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience performing electrical and EEHA maintenance in hazardous area environments.
• Previous shutdown or turnaround experience within the mining, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of hazardous area compliance and electrical maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively under turnaround schedules.
