The Role

We’re seeking a Car Buyer to join our Sydney-based team. This is an office-based, phone-driven role — no cold calling, no chasing leads.

You’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in selling their vehicle, build rapport, negotiate confidently, and finalise purchases. You’ll be supported by a friendly, energetic team that works hard and celebrates wins!

What You’ll Do

• Engage daily with warm inbound leads to purchase vehicles from private sellers

• Build strong customer relationships and guide sellers through our simple process

• Confidently negotiate and close vehicle purchases

• Manage leads and deals using our tech systems

• Work closely with admin, inspection, and logistics teams

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated, positive, and confident communicator

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in car buying or a similar automotive sales role

• Automotive knowledge or strong interest in cars

• Professional phone manner and strong negotiation skills
