Retail Sales Associate (Full time & Part time)

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at Perth Duty Free Stores at Perth International Airport. Available in full-time or part-time roles, this is your opportunity to work in an exciting international retail environment, meet travellers from around the world and deliver exceptional shopping experiences. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

• Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment

• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds

• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to achieve sales and customer service targets

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling skills
