Food and Beverage Attendant

The Shellharbour Club are searching for Part-time Food and Beverage Attendants to provide our patrons with memorable dining experiences. The Food and Beverage team is a large department who provides amazing customer service across multiple food outlets, events and bars. 

What we are looking for to be successful in your new role:

• Previous customer service experience. 

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Previous Barista experience is preferred.

• Previous Bar and cocktail experience is preferred.

• Current RSA.

• Team player with a positive can do attitude.

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends and enjoy working late nights, we trade to 4am.

• Must have availability Friday night and weekends.

• Ability to work split shifts.

• Enjoy working Saturday and public holidays and receive the higher weekend and public holiday penalty rates.

Working within this role, you would be responsible for:

• Wait service, including delivery of meals to patrons and clearing tables.

• Assisting in functions and events.

• Café service.

• Bar service, including mixing and serving drinks to patrons.

• Taking orders and assisting patrons with menu choices.

• Floor duties, including the collection of glasses and general cleaning.
