At Crystalbrook Collection, every dining experience is an opportunity to surprise, delight and connect. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering warm, professional and personalised service across our venues. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving beautifully presented food and beverages, you will bring confidence and attention to detail to every interaction.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative Food and Beverage team to prepare the venue for service, process orders and payments and ensure our dining spaces remain welcoming and well presented. You will help each service run smoothly while ensuring every guest feels valued and genuinely looked after.

This is a part-time position, offering an expected 16-24 hours per week.

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional with a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but we believe great hospitality starts with genuine passion, personality and a willingness to learn. Bring those qualities, and we will provide the training and support to help you thrive.

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Comfortable working across a 7-day roster
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
