Customer Service Officer

With a national network across Australia, Cooper Fluid Systems provides hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, fire suppression and fluid transfer solutions to customers throughout Australia. We are recognised as an industry leader across the mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and defence industries and are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Perth team based in Redcliffe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys administration, data entry and supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Enter and maintain customer, product and order information within company systems.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Monitor and action shared email inboxes.

• Prepare customer quotations and order documentation.

• Liaise with internal teams regarding stock availability and order updates.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes.

• Assist with general branch administration duties as required.

You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy providing excellent customer service while working with systems and administrative processes.

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or order processing role.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and team-focused approach to work.

• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid transfer products, fittings and industrial components will be highly regarded (not essential).
