• You understand that great EA/PA support is in the detail; names remembered, preferences noted, and every loose end tied up

• You love being the person behind the scenes who makes everything look seamless

• You’re flexible to assist with hosting and attending important dinners, functions, and events. You also don’t mind the occasional out of hours call or text from your exec if they need you!

A snapshot of your role….

• Own the COO’s complex diary, priorities, and travel, keeping every moving part seamlessly on track

• Provide high-level EA and personal support, handling everything with discretion, pace, and exceptional attention to detail

• Some possible additional support to the executive team

• Liaise confidently with high-net-worth individuals, government ministers, CEOs, and VIP stakeholders on behalf of the executive team

• Coordinate private dinners, gala events, and high-profile functions, ensuring every detail is impeccably managed

• Act as a true ambassador for the business, bringing polish, professionalism, and warmth to every interaction

• Possible interstate and overseas travel
