Base Retainer + Car Allowance + Super + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Pergola Sales Consultant to join the Just Quality team and help Adelaide homeowners create better outdoor living spaces.

You’ll meet with customers who have already enquired about a new pergola, understand what they want from their outdoor area, recommend the right solution and guide them through the process from consultation to sale.

No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide the appointments.

And this role doesn’t stop at pergolas.

Once you’re established, we’ll also train you across our roofing range, giving you the opportunity to sell multiple high-value home improvement products and increase your earning potential.

Your primary focus will be our Pergola range, helping customers design an outdoor area that suits their home & lifestyle.

You'll consult with customers on:

• Pergola designs and options

• Layout, sizing and functionality

• Colours, finishes and product selections

• Creating practical outdoor entertaining spaces

As you develop in the role, you'll also receive training across our Roofing division, including:

• Roof Restorations

• Re-Roofing

• Gutter Replacement

The goal is to develop you into a well-rounded home improvement consultant who can confidently help customers across multiple product categories.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day sitting in an office or chasing people on the phone.

You'll be out meeting homeowners at pre-booked appointments across Adelaide, discussing their ideas and helping turn them into a solution.

You'll:

• Attend qualified, pre-booked customer appointments

• Measure and assess outdoor areas

• Understand what the customer wants to achieve

• Recommend suitable pergola designs and options

• Prepare and present Assessments

• Confidently ask for the sale

• Follow up customers where required

• Build your product knowledge through ongoing training

• Progress into selling roofing solutions once trained

What we're looking for is someone who:

• Builds rapport quickly and genuinely enjoys dealing with people

• Is confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale

• Able to follow our proven sales training methods

• Is motivated by targets, commissions and achieving results

• Presents professionally in customers' homes

• Is comfortable learning technical product information

• Is available for evening and Saturday appointments

• Holds a current driver's licence, car and laptop
