We are seeking experienced and professional Control Room Operators who have worked within security control rooms, parking control rooms, CCTV monitoring centres or similar operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring CCTV, alarms, access control and other security systems

• Responding to incidents, alarms, emergencies and operational requests

• Coordinating security officers, mobile patrols and other operational personnel

• Managing incoming calls, intercoms and customer enquiries

• Supporting parking operations, including access, equipment and customer assistance

• Escalating incidents in accordance with site procedures

• Liaising with emergency services, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders

• Maintaining accurate control room logs, incident reports and operational records

• Providing clear and professional communication during routine operations and emergencies

• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the site at all times

Essential Requirements

• Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator endorsement

• Previous experience in a security, parking, CCTV or similar control room environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sound incident-management and problem-solving capabilities

• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and accurate report-writing skills

• Availability to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays

• Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

• Experience operating CCTV, access control, alarm or intercom systems

• Experience within parking, transport, commercial property, retail or major-event environments

• First Aid and CPR qualifications

• Experience coordinating security teams or mobile patrols

• Strong knowledge of emergency response and escalation procedures
