Continuous Improvement Business Partner, ANZ

About the role

Eaton is seeking a commercial and operational Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner, ANZ to lead a newly created role responsible for defining and driving our Continuous Improvement strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to build the roadmap, establish the framework, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that supports sustainable growth. Working across multiple functions, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, build organisational capability, and drive transformational change. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping the business become more efficient, scalable, and future-ready.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ Continuous Improvement strategy and multi-year roadmap.

• Establish and manage an enterprise-wide improvement pipeline.

• Identify and deliver high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.

• Drive process simplification, standardisation, and operating model improvements across the business.

• Coach and develop leaders and teams in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support transformation and organisational design initiatives.

• Track, measure, and communicate the value and impact of improvement programs.

• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital technologies, and AI to enhance business performance.

About you

• 8-10 years' experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.

• Proven experience developing and implementing Continuous Improvement strategies, frameworks, or roadmaps.

• Track record delivering measurable business improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, or productivity.

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimisation methodologies highly regarded

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
