You’ll divide your time between our Sydney CBD office and the site, giving you the opportunity to stay closely connected to both clients and project outcomes while contributing to the continued growth and capability of our NSW business.

What You’ll be Doing

• Leading project planning, execution and completion to deliver successful client outcomes
• Ensuring all deliverables meet required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining strong client relationships and setting the standard for team performance
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Ensuring full compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies and relevant legislation
• Managing project financials, achieving target margins, and overseeing team resourcing and divisional financial requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating project progress, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, impacts and quality measures
• Delivering all required reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in construction or a related discipline
• Existing Project Management experience, including demonstrated client‑side project management
• Proven experience delivering health sector projects or precincts
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
• Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle, however strong experience in completion and commissioning will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow strong business relationships
• Willingness to travel to the site in Shellharbour approximately three days a week
