About the Role: 

Roles and responsibilities 

• Develop a prospecting plan to obtain listings

• Conduct prospecting activities on a daily basis

• Develop and maintain a contact database in your designated area

• Inspect and list properties for sale with owners

• Prepare marketing, Forms, and contracts and conduct service activities to sell listed properties

• Conduct inspections by available buyers of properties for sale

• Prepare and negotiate contracts of sale for properties with buyer and seller

• Supervise the contract of sale to negotiation until property settled

Skills and experience 

• Minimum of 1-year experience in professional sales or applicants with less experience will be considered based on merit.

• Ability to deliver professional and engaging sales presentations using relevant technology

• Positive, energetic, and ‘can-do’ attitude

• Excellent business to business networking skills

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Ambitious to grow personal wealth

• Current Driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Sales agent’s certificate or License
