Pharmacy Assistant

The Role

This part time role supports and works with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will have an opportunity to grow your skills through a range of professional services offered to customers. This role is diverse with a core focus on customer service, stock control, planograms and promotions. It is a Part time role ideally suited to an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Pharmacy Assistant.

Key responsilbities:

• Enhancing customer loyalty and new customer acquisition through strong customer orientation and the delivery of impeccable service

• Assisting in all brand-initiated programs, including promotional activations, health promotions and team training.

• Assisting with stock ordering, receiving and control processes

• Commitment to delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care

• General stock maintenance, OTC sales and merchandising

• Implementation of planograms

Skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a Pharmacy environment is essential

• Ability to work with a medium sized team

• Ability to embrace our exciting and innovative strategic objectives

• High competency levels using various computer applications

• Assisting with stock control, ordering, catalogues and in store promotions

• Ability to maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
