You don't need to be an insulation expert. If you've worked in construction, building, roofing, landscaping, labouring or another hands-on job, we'll teach you the rest.

What we really want is someone who:

• Can take instructions and get stuck into the job

• Takes pride in doing a job properly

• Has a good attitude

• Can work as part of a team

• Has a driver's licence

💰 $70,000 – $90,000 + Super

What the job involves

You'll be installing insulation in new homes, existing homes and construction sites.

It's physical work. You'll be climbing into roof spaces, carrying materials, working on building sites and generally getting stuck into the job.

It's not a desk job — and that's exactly why we like it.

You'll be working with a solid team and learning a skill that's always in demand.

Who we're looking for

We're not worried about fancy qualifications.

We want someone who works hard and wants to work.

If you've got experience as a:

• Construction labourer

• Builder's labourer

• Roofer

• Carpenter's offsider

• Landscaper

• Handyman

• Trade assistant

• General labourer

• Or you've simply got a strong work ethic and aren't afraid of hard work
