VIPR Industries is expanding rapidly and seeking qualified Electricians and Solar Installers to join our dynamic and growing team in Emerald, QLD. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate start available. Work Monday to Friday and be home every night. You’ll be joining a supportive and innovative company working across diverse projects in solar and electrical sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installation and fault finding of AC Units

• Solar installations including off-grid and on-grid systems

• Maintenance and breakdown repairs for a wide range of residential and commercial clients

• Execution of large-scale electrical and solar projects

• Clear communication and professional customer service

• Detailed documentation of jobs and compliance with safety standards 

• Testing and fault finding in domestic and commercial sectors

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning (Optional)

• Current QLD Electrical Licence

• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (Optional)

• Manual Open 'C' Class Driver’s Licence

• Current LVR & CPR Certification

• Solar experience (Desired for solar roles)

• Project experience and battery storage systems (Desired)

• Strong work ethic, team player, and excellent communication skills
