Sales Consultant

As part of the 4K Automotive Group, Noble Sea-Doo & Can-Am, located in the heart of Chullora, is the only local dealership that sells the number one Sea-Doo PWC, Can-Am ATV and Can-Am SSV – the industry-leading vehicles that have changed the way motorsports enthusiasts see their riding experience.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Powersports Sales & Service Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have a passion for powersports or enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage incoming sales enquiries for Sea-Doo and Can-Am products
• Follow up leads and maintain CRM activities
• Assist customers with parts and accessories enquiries
• Interpret parts and prepare quotations
• Book service appointments and assist with service advising duties
• Process customer payments and prepare sales documentation
• Maintain showroom presentation and stock displays
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
• Support inventory management and stock control
• Assist with customer complaint resolution and aftersales support
• Provide support to Volkswagen Sales, Toyota Service or Volkswagen Service departments during quieter seasonal periods

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous automotive, marine, motorcycle or powersports experience preferred
• Sales experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge
• Computer literacy and ability to work with dealership management systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work across multiple departments
• Current driver’s licence (required!)
